Three steps, no back-and-forth
Tell us the site and charger
Project address, owner, charger make and model, and the manufacturer cut sheet. Add your geotech report if you have one.
Pay securely
Checkout by Stripe. One price per charger model per site, no matter how many units of that model you install.
Receive sealed PDFs
We look up your site's seismic and wind values, design the foundation and anchorage, and email the signed and sealed set.
Teams that install chargers, not engineers
When the plan checker asks for a stamped foundation and anchorage detail, you need it this week, not a three-week engineering queue.
EV installers and EVSE contractors
Standard stamped detail for every site you bid.
Electrical contractors
Close the structural comment on your electrical permit without hiring out.
Developers and property owners
Fleet, workplace, retail, and multifamily charging sites.
Questions
Will my building department accept these?
The set is signed and sealed by Elie Sayegh, PE, a licensed California civil engineer (C88435), and follows the 2025 CBC and ASCE 7-22, which is what California AHJs review against. We can't speak for every plan checker, so if your AHJ issues structural comments, the response and one revised set are included.
Do I need a geotechnical report?
No. Without one, the design uses the code's presumptive soil values (CBC Table 1806.2), which are conservative for typical sites. If your project has a geotech report, upload it and we will design to it; site-specific geotech recommendations always govern. If the report shows weaker soil than presumptive values, we may need to quote a custom design.
My charger isn't in the list.
Pick "Other" and upload the manufacturer cut sheet with weight, dimensions, and anchor bolt pattern. If it is ground-mounted and under 3,000 lb, it's covered at the same price.
I'm installing several chargers at one site.
One order covers every unit of the same charger model at one site. If you have two different models, place one order per model.
What about revisions?
One revision is included: plan-check comments or a corrected input such as the wrong charger model. Changes in scope after delivery (new site, different equipment class) are a new order.
Pad or drilled pier?
The schedule shows both, sized for your site, so your contractor can choose in the field. Tell us your preference on the order form if you only want one.
What if you can't do my project?
If your site or equipment is outside what we cover, we tell you within one business day and refund the full $100, or quote a custom design if you prefer.
